| Domestic Considerations: This is an FTRS(LC) role. Within commutable distance of Camden London (HTD entitled). Appointment requires individual to be prepared to spend up to 28 Nights Out of Bed (NOOB) 1. Understand, Manage and operate a variety of systems and applications including JAMES, ARMS, UAMS II, CHURCHILL, MILLIE, CP&F, SLIM, VERITAS and internal auditing for all accounting areas. 2. Facilities Manager for the Hirings and Events for London Management 3. Manage and monitor Unit Services (cleaner etc…) 4. Building Maintenance. Carry out regular inspections of the building, internally and externally. Raise works orders, monitor works carried out. Sign off works orders. 5.Supervise military and civilian storeman and act as Line Manager to civilian store personnel. 6. Be familiar with, Radiation & Radon Protection measures and understand the documentation required for items in transit and being the focal point for all matters relating to Radiation Protection (should qualify as a WPS Workplace Supervisor). 7. Qualify and act as Unit Administrative Assistant (MJDI), having already qualified as an MA (Materiel Accountant). 8. Be fully familiar with current Radiation, Safety, Health, Environment and Fire regulations. 9. Monitor, co-ordinate, and audit Equipment Care on behalf of QM. Deputise for the QM during periods of absence or gapping. 10. Responsible for the running of the Ammunition Account and be responsible for producing all Dangerous Goods notes and Necessary paperwork for the movement of High Consequence Dangerous Goods (Ammunition). 11. Be prepared to support the Regiment during weekend training activities, regimentally required Currency & Competency (CPD), and during the Regiment’s Annual Training Period (ATP). |
