OC of a thriving Army Reserve Infantry Sub-Unit, geographically disconnected from BHQ and other SUs. 
Responsibilities:  

Command and lead the Company over the G1-9 functions. 

Undertake disciplinary or administrative action using delegated powers of a subordinate commander. 

Mentor and develop the junior officers in the sub-unit IAW current policy. 

Planning and conducting the Coy's programme including training and operations as Senior Planning Officer (SPO). 

Manage risk using delegated powers of a subordinate commander and conduct Risk Assessments as required 

Fulfil reporting officer responsibilities IAW current policy (JSP757) and represent personnel at grading conferences. 

Responsible for the recruitment planning for the Coy with assistance from the PSAO and REMSO. 

Take a full and active part in Bn extra-mural activities and in Officers’ Mess life. 

All other tasks as directed by the CoC.
