Responsibilities:
1. Submit RAAT return annually and liaise when tasked.
2. Book all accommodation including G4 items, manage collection, delivery to Nijmegen, accounting and return.
3. Submit band request annually, liaise when tasked.
4. Liaise with QM/RQMS responsible of stores, book all store from loan pool through QM/RQMS.
5. Attend all Meetings-Dutch Authorities, BMC/CMC.
6. Submit all transport requests for task/submit transit clearance request.
7. Establish laundry contract in Nijmegen
8. Liaise with British Embassy/ Political Clearance.
9. Plan and co-ordinate reception evening, British and Canadian contingents.
10. Maintain stores and set up of British/Canadian rest areas.
11. Maintain funds and expenditure accounts.
12. Other tasks related to the Nijmegen Marches.
13. Coordinate the hosting of the British Delegate.
