Domestic Considerations:  Work routinely from RAF Digby (flexible working is available).  Attend at least one training weekend per month.  Expected to deploy with the unit for at least 2-weeks of ADE annually,  attend courses relevant to the role and atted courses, recruiting events and conferences/meetings at locations away from RAF Digby as necessary.
Position Role:  JSSU(V) – UHQ – Unit Operations Support Warrant Officer (UOSWO); responsible to the PSAO Support Sqn for recruiting suitably qualified & capable personnel to the Unit.
Responsibilities:  
1.    Plan, manage and deliver of Unit recruiting effort.
2.    Administer and provide guidance to the Unit CoC and the Unit’s recruiting team.
3.    Provide the Unit CoC with specialist advice on recruiting, retention, employer support (with RFCA assistance), welfare and staff engagement.
4.    Coordinate recruit mentoring activity with the recruit mentoring team.
5.    In conjunction with PSAO Sp Sqn, carry out annual Self-Assessment Report review and produce the annual recruiting plan.
6.    Plan and deliver all outreach recruiting events in sp of the recruiting plan.
7.    Foster and maintain close relationships with employers and engagement stakeholders. 
8.    Maintain a Unit personnel risk register and statistical records/data.
9.    Any other activity commensurate with rank and experience.

National Security clearance is an essential requirement for this role at the Developed Vetting (DV) level.  The successful applicant can apply for National Security clearance at DV level once in post.  This is a reserved post and therefore only open to UK nationals.
