Vacancy detail
1. Deliver specialist D&I and behaviours training and education (inc T3, Diversity Allies and talent development programmes) in accordance with the Army D&I Campaign Plan actions.
2. Be the 6 (UK) Div focal point for all matters D&I and the bridge between the Army HQ D&I team, D&I networks, subordinate fmns and into Diversity & Inclusion (Advisors) (D&I(A)) in units.
3. Proactively support the professionalisation of Army D&I(A), support and assure the informal resulotion process and recording across the formation in line with JSP 763.
4. Inspire improved in-unit D&I and behaviours training by assuring and advising instructors.
5. Identify best practice D&I and behaviours training, drive continual learning and deliver persistent D&I engagement to dependencies.
6. Optimise and coordinate the delivery of all D&I and behaviours training within formation.
7. Drive D&I communication throughout formation.
8. Support the improving behaviours thread of Army Organisational Culture work and lead on the coordination of Climate Assessments within the formation.
