Domestic Considerations: Preferably live within a 50 mile radius of SO15 2DX. 44 RSDs per year (additional RSDs may be negotiable). Some weekend and overnight duty required.
Position Role: Instructor
Responsibilities:
1. Instruct, coach and mentor Officer Cadets to the standards set by RMAS in skill at arms, platoon level tactics, drill, BCDT, map reading and CBRN.
2. Instruct, coach and mentor Officer Cadets to the standards set by RMAS in hygiene in the field, equipment care, discipline and welfare.
3. Oversee, nurture and develop Officer Cadets during sporting events and Adventurous Training.
4. Act as a role model professionally and in a social environment.
5. Attract and recruit, retain and secure the commitment of the Officer Cadets before transferring them to Reg, Res or Society at large.
6. Responsible to OC B Coy for the conduct of tests, presentations and competitions for Officer Cadets.
7. Assist with the delivery of permanent staff ITRs.
8. Discharge additional responsibilities as directed by CoC.
