Vacancy detail

Unit Role: Manage and support assigned Personnel on Recovery Duty (PRD) and provide support to the wider Field Army in the management and administration of PRD. Deliver the swiftest return to duty or supported transition to civilian life for PRD to maximise deployability in direct support to the Army’s Main Effort.
Individual case management and support of PRD in a conducive Military environment to maintain good order and Military discipline. 

1. Provide close support to PRD throughout their recovery pathway, enabling them to return to duty or to make the transition to civilian life.
2. Manage, supervise and direct PRDs in accordance with AGAI99 with direction and advice from the chain of command.
3. Produce detailed visit reports, carry out actions identified, record appropriately and deliver formal case reviews every 28 days.
4. Responsible to the CO, OC and Senior Case Manager (SCM) for the accurate completion of mandated casework and detailed briefings across a specialised Multi-Disciplinary Team at monthly case reviews.
5. Act as Duty PRO as directed within Coy AO’s. 
6. Conduct wider Army Engagement (AE) and attend Unit Health Committee meetings in accordance with PRU East AE Directive.
7. Carry out any further tasks as directed by CO and OC.
8. To act as Coy 2IC and deputise for OC during absences.

Experience of using Microsoft Office applications, Sharepoint and a familarity of MOD ways of working.
Full UK driving Lic
Numercy and Literacy qualifications at L2 or equivilent

The selected individual will be required to maintain good order and Military discipline throughout the Unit and managed PRD during Recovery Duty with the PRU to RTD or Medical Discharge.
