Command Tp/ as per Unit’s objectives/ mission.
Responsible for day to day management of personnel in camp and when deployed.
Supervise and advise SNCOs and JNCOs in all aspects of professional and personal development.
Career management of all personnel under their command.
Monitor all aspects of administration and recommend disciplinary, welfare or remedial action to OC.
Responsible for health, safety and welfare of all personnel under command.
Assume a secondary role within Sports, AT, the Mess or other extra-curricular activit
Unit to convene/conduct a Regt'l Appointments Board to select suitable candidate. Board will be assured by 1 (UK) Signal Brigade.

Annual Bounty will be awarded on achievement of mandatory training requirements. RSDs: 27 days with the possibility of additional days available. Evening and weekend work will be required.
In receipt of 5% X factor within salary and HDT.
Reserve pension is applicable after 24 months.
