Position Role: To advise the Commanding Officer on all MT related matters.  To provide MT support and direction to Regiment as well as provide support to the QM at a Regimental level, particularly concerning J4 MT related inspections. Must lead on all driver training across the Regiment and offer up advice and support to improve this vital output. Domestic Considerations: London based; however working from sub-unit locations in Southampton and Portsmouth are required in addition to attending training nights and occasional weekend commitment.  Work location to be discussed during interview due to being a dispersed Reserve Unit.
1.  To manage resources of personnel, vehicles, equipment infrastructure and associated funding allocated in support of MT, to accomplish the Units mission/department plan.
2. To co-ordinate and deliver driver training across the Regiment.
3.  Unit Licensing Officer.
4.  Driving Permits Officer.
5.  Defence Road Safety Advisor.
6.  Unit Accident Procedure Manager.
7.  Hazmat Manager.
8.  Authorised Demanding Officer.
9.  JAMES Implementation Officer.
10. Fuel & Lubricants Manager.
11. Defence Driving Examiner. 
Defence Transport Manager.
Class 1 Driver Tradesman.
All Arms F&L Mgr.
All Arms Equipment Care Manager. 
Phoenix Trained. 
Environmental Pollution Control   Driving Licence.
Hazmat Operator.
Defence Driving Examiner
Computer Literate.
Driving Licence Acquisition Instructor.  
Experience needed to work with various computer systems including JAMES, MJDI and Phoenix.Defence GS Conversion Instructor
H Licence - Holding a Defence Drving Indtructor qualifaction would add significant value to this postion.
FTRS Appliaction through to boarding
Unit Role: To provide a War Establishment Reserves capability to Regular CAD Regiments (HVM) and the wider GBAD community.
