LWC Op LD WO2 ALDP Mil Trg Assurance

Domestic Considerations:  Based at Warminster. Occasional short UK-based assurance visits requiring 1-3 nights out of bed at a time.

Position Role: Conduct assurance, training design and systems administration for the Military Training (MT) components of the Army Leadership Development Programme (ALDP).

Position Responsibilities:                                                                            1. Conduct regular Level 2 Audits across Defence for ALDP MT courses. Create assurance reports.

2. Develop, maintain and conduct annual ALDP MT Assurance Plan and annual assurance summary.

3. Conduct DSAT Design Stage 4 activities when the TRA updates the RPS and FTS. Conduct method and media analysis where required.

4. Manage the Request for Change (RFC) process from TPs and staff to the Pers Pol TDT as necessary.

5. Maintain the Quality Improvements Plans (QiP) Report including collation of internal validation, trend analysis.

7. Provide advice to Training Providers on ALDP policy and guidance.

8. IM. Maintain the ALDP MT TAFMIS Report, Power BI Dashboard, Teams, DLE site, TARGET etc as required.
