Domestic Considerations: Up to 180 RSDs per year with mid week working available.
Position Role: OC 238 Sqn, Bootle. Responsible for managing and leading the Sqn and delivering fit for mobilisation peronnel to both enduring and contigent operations.
1) The trg and readiness of all individuals and equipment within the sub-unit required to deploy under direction from RHQ.
2) Directly responsible for the retention and recruitment of 1 Officer PA within the Sqn.
3) The prudent management and control of MTDs expenditure in line with pre-agreed and documented allocation of budget.
4) Responsible for the management of all MS and discipline for all Sqn personnel.
5) Maintenance, security and routine checking of all weapons, vehicles, stores and equipment on charge to Sqn as laid down in QRs and Equipment care guides.
6) Any other duties as directed by the Commanding Officer.
