1. Provide the support of trained and motivated soldiers to meet the operational demands of the Regiment.
2. Ensure the effective administration, financial propriety and equipment care within the sub-unit.
3. Develop an effective sub-unit recruiting and retention programme in line with the CO's recruiting and retention policy.
4. Develop and educate all Sqn officers, NCOs and soldiers in order to maximise their potential and career prospects.
5. Represent the CO within the civil community as required.
6. Represent the Regiment in Community Engagement events and Firm Base activities as directed by the CO / CofC.
