SO2 G3/5 Reserves

1. Working within the Bde G3/5 branch, supporting staff leads and representing the AR planning requirements.                                                  

2. Lead SO2 on Army Reserve G3/5 planning contribution, including operational readiness outputs.                                                                    

3. Plan and resource the Bde Reserves contribution to major exercises including EX IRON TITAN, working closely with units.                                  

4. Plan and coordinate Bde led Reserve specific staff training, including cadres, study days and briefings.                                                              

5. Represent the Reserve branch at various weekly HQ conferences and back brief as required.                                                                                      

6. Deputise for SO1 Reserves wen required.                                              

7. Other tasks as directed by line managers and Bde staff.

This role directly supports the Readiness output within a busy Fmn HQ.  It requires an individual who can act as the SME and POC within the Bde on all Army Reserve G3/5/7 matters. Regular weekday availability is required.
