1. Lead for all Regt Recruiting activity.
2. To support the implementation of the CO’s Recruiting Plan.
3. Analyse all recruiting pipelines up to CMS (B) and its effect.
4. To implement all future changes to Recruit Trg.
5. To oversee and assure all Recruit training.
6. Conduct in house assurance visits in line with the ARRAT Terms of Reference (1LoDA).
7. Maintain the Regt recruiters training matrix.
8. Attend all recruit training courses and conferences.
9. Assist in the Ofsted Inspection if called.
10. Stand in for the RSM when required.
11. Commit to 207 days (169 ST Days/38 Trg Days).
