Vacancy detail

Domestic Considerations: Based at Warminster. Up to 35 NooB may be required to complete and deliver trg outside of the UK, including JOA, as directed.
Position Role:  Motivate, teach, educate, mentor, encourage and lead student officers on JOTAC and JCSC(L) at the JSC.
Responsibilities:
1.  Instruct on JOTAC & JCSC(L).
2.  Mentor, lead and report on syndicates of up to 14 student officers.
3.  Design, write, deliver and develop course material as required.
4.  Own specific course modules, as directed and lead development and delivery of these course elements across the JSC.
5.  Provide cap-badge SME focus, especially in doctrine and tactics. 
6.  Maintain course management and policy documents as directed.
7.  Participate in JSC events and course delivery in the UK and worldwide as directed.
8.  Maintain link with relevant capability directorates, HQs and establishments as required.

ICSC(L)
ComBAT 5.5 or above
Combined Arms operational experience at BG/Bde/Div HQ level.
Grade 2/OF3 staff experience
SUC experience
Training experience.

Salary range £49-59K dependant on background
