Vacancy detail

1. Workforce planning: the development of plans to sustainably man the REME to its workforce requirement (Regular & Reserve) by CEG, iot deliver operations. 
2. The REME lead for corps WR modelling and sustainability; ensuring that resulting plans are coherent.
3. Negotiate and synchronise across the REME RHQ, APC CM, Hd of Capability, Pers Strat WF Plans and ARITC for the optimum allocation of available manpower to meet the needs of the REME.
4. Briefings and representation at meetings/working groups up to and including to 1* level.
5. Secretary for the REME Soldier Pipeline Working Group.
6. Production of the REME Workforce Dashboard.
7. Oversight of Engineering Professional Registration Award (EPRA) and other financial incentives.
8. Support and deputise for SO1 REME Workforce Plans
  Broad professional knowledge of MOD, Army and own Arm/Service essential or wider staff experience.
Must have sound IT skills, especially Excel
Needs to fully understand cap badge ethos and structure.  
  Needs to understand WR demands for operations.
Wider staff experience.
Previous experience of workforce planning in DPers, HoCs APC, ARITC or RCMO/Adjutant advantageous.

The development of plans to ensure the REME WR is sustainably with the right number and type of offrs and sldrs, in the right place and time to deliver operations. Provide KSE, staff skills and continuity where the SO1 turns over every 2 years.  

Salary range £47-56K dependant on background
