RSDs: 44. This post’s RSD requirement is to attend almost all Tuesday training nights (starting 1800hrs) during the academic term, most training weekends (7), ACT (Jun/Jul) and additional time to complete your tasks. The individual could expect to be available for 60 plus RSDs per year, depending upon how tasks are shared between the OC, 2IC and PSI.          Position Role: Junior Coy CSM.                                                         Responsibilities:1. Control the delivery of Junior Company training and activity.
2. Assist the OC, 2IC and instructors with the planning of the Module A training syllabus.
3. Deliver Coy MATTS training.
4. Maintain accurate training, SHEF, discipline and administrative records for the Coy.
5. Maintain discipline, set the example for standards, coach OCdts and junior officers in the Coy.
6. Plan, deliver and participate in unit sports, unit adventurous training, and WOs’ and Sgts’ Mess events.
7. Assist with the Unit delivery of the Annual Continuous Training held each summer, under control of RHQ.
8. Any other responsibilities as directed by the OC or 2IC.
RMQ, SAA. Sandhurst Staff Contextual Course (48hrs at RMAS), Care of Trainees (e-learning); both can be completed once in post.
BCD instructor, DTTT v2, Junior or Senior Brecon, Adventurous Training qualifications, Cat B or D1 driving licence.

Our training plan is busiest during the academic terms and is predictable. Previous Training Estabishment experience beneficial. We need diversity of cap badges in the unit. So we would accept RM WO2.This is a critical post within the unit and Coy, it is the largest Coy and has the greatest span of responsibility. We need an individual who can work in this team to coordinate and control activity as directed by the OC and ensure that those vital soldiering skills and behaviours understood by the OCdts
