Vacancy detail

Task requirements

Responsibilities:

1. HR Administration (Admin) for Kohima Coy Reserve staff during training weekends.

2. JPA HR Administrattor for Kohima Coy, including the maintenance of personal documentation.

3. Recruit arrival administration.

4. Recruit report book co-ordinator.

5. Deputise for the AWO in his absence.

6. Assist PSAO on TAFMIS Work.

Essential competencies

Basic IT skills.

Desirable competencies

Knowledge of Basic Training establishment.

Additional information

88 RSDs allocated per Training Year, can be allocated 120 RSDs if there are justifiable tasks requiret to carry out to accomplish Coy mission.
