Domestic Considerations: Predominantly working from Upavon (min 3 day per week), including occasional requirement to travel within the UK.  This is weekday, HQ based role and the incumbent will be employed for up to 4 days per week through RSD allocation and requirement up to 207 days.  There is some weekend work - generally attending AR conferences and in support of the ARRAT. 
Position Role: Administrative Clerk within ARRAT primarily responsible for all G1 and G4 support.
Responsibilities:
1.   Provide management of G1, including pay, support to the Reservists operating within Recruiting Branch and the Army Reserve Recruiting Assurance Team (ARRAT).
2.   Liaise with RB Dependencies team to provide management of RB and ARRAT Reservists car hire, travel and accommodation bookings requirements.
3.   Liaise with WO Trg & Assurance to coordinate the administration for ARRAT led Training courses and quarterly After Action Review workshops.
4.   Coordinate and administer the RB and ARRAT Reservists for their completion of ITRs and annual submission of CoEs.
5.   Support the SO2 AR Res and Assurance and WO Trg and Assurance with the induction and processing of new staff into the ARRAT.
6.   Provide administration of the ARRAT ModNet and Sharepoint sites and associated registers.
7.   Lead administrator of the Army Reserve Recruiting page on Defence Connect, ensuring the site is up to date and feedback/questions from AR unit recruiters are actioned.
8.   Monitoring of ARRAT mailbox and coordination of email transfer to relevant staff.
9.   Gain DRS competencies to provide DRS related support to ARRAT and SME advice on its use.
10. Additional projects and tasks as required by AD Reserve Recruiting.
Daily use of all MS Office, design and use of analytical tools and excel spread sheets.
Use of Clarity.
Use of FISS, ODR and PPS.
Regular use of DRS and reports.
Army Reserve experience at Staff and RD, including unit administration
Operational experience to aid professional credibility in role.
Interaction with Regular and Reservists from all organisations involved with AR recruit pipeline matters.
HR experience an advantage.
Provide recruiting based admin advice to the AR.

This post has developed into a very busy and essential position that all RB Reservists rely on to primarily provide G1 and G4 support, but also enable the postholder to be involved with a variety of other interesting support activities.  The postholder can operate from home or in office prioritising were it provides the maximum effect.
