Domestic Considerations: Up to 44 RSDs per year that includes 7 x Reserve training weekends and a 15-day Annual Deployment Exercise usually in May/Jun of each year.
Position Role: CSM Normandy Coy; the UOTC is required to deliver leadership development for selected students through military training, adventure training, personal, intellectual and social development, physical training and sports. On behalf of the Army, it is to engage with higher education institutes to support Regional Command civil engagement and contribute to Army inflow.
Responsibilities:
1. CSM responsibilities for Normandy Coy.
2. Deliver CCS MOD B.
3. Nurture, encourage and develop OCdts to realise their potential and assist those with joining the Army as Officers.
4. Other tasks as directed by OC Normandy Coy or CO QUOTC.
