Manage communications between BHQ and Company.
Manage Reservists' and their career development. Including MS responsibilities as a 1 and 2 RO.
Monitor and advise upon Reservists' deployments and training.
Coordinate Company training and social events with support of the FTRS, regular and CS staff within the Coy.
Manage Battalion projects, competitions and events as directed by CO.
BPT conduct administrative and discipline activity as and when required.
