Ops SNCO - 103 Sqn

1.In the absence of his Troop Comd/Offr and WO he commands..                                                                                                                               2.Plans, organises and controls op troop tasks whilst managing personnel.                                                                            3. Assisting sub unit PSI's with planning and running of unit training weekends and events.
4. Responsible for the coordination of troop employment during training. 
5. Assist the Tp Comd/Offr/WO in the career management of the Tp. 
6.Provide input and assists in the compilation of MS. 
7.Provide technical knowledge and advice to the Tp Comd/Offr/WO. 
8. Assist the QMSI in planning and the coordination of training for individuals or groups prior to mobilisation.

Must have a sound knowledge of reserve forces mobilisation policy and a training staff background.
