Domestic Considerations.  May Require occasional travel and overnight stay.
POSITION ROLE: Supprt the development of plans to ensure that the INT CORPS is staffed sustainably with the right number and type of officers and soldiers, in the right place and time to deliver operations. 
RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Staff planning: Support the development of plans to sustainably man the INT CORPS to its liability (Regular and Reserve) by CEG, iot deliver operations.  
2. Lead for INT CORPS Reserves: Staffing, mobilisation, contracts and structure refinement.
3. Lead for management of the INT CORPS Dashboard to support the Quarterly Staffing Assessments Process, Steady State Modelling and Sustainability checks; ensuring that resulting plans are coherent.
4. Negotiate and Synchronise data management across the INT CORPS RHQ, APC CM, Hd of Capability, Pers Strat Man Plans/Assessments and ARITC for the optimum allocation of available staffing to meet the needs of the INT CORPS.  
5. Provide Products to support negotiations with D Pers for the setting of Inflow Targets, Promotion and Conversion Quotas, Commissions and E2/ReM Resilience Margin.   
6. Briefings, up to and including to 1* level.
7. Deputises for SO1 INT CORPS WF Plans
IT Literate and competent in use of Excel and databases
 ICSC(L)(LR) : Wider staff exoerience/experience of workforce planning in D Pers, HoCs, APC or as RCMO/Adjutant advantageous.
INT CORPS cap badge preferred

The post has a high degree of flexibility and independent working and requires an individual who is a firmly motivated self starter. Although based at AHQ Andover, remote/Smarter Ways of Working is a feature of this role
