Vacancy detail

1. As Business Change Advisor, engage with desk and project leads to support the development and implementation of Pg CASTLE projects.
2. As Hd Pers Pol’s principal advisor on Pg CASTLE, ensure CASTLE requirements are understood and met during implementation.
3. Support the development of changes to workforce policies to enable the delivery of Pg CASTLE projects directly affecting terms of service.
4. Cohere the Branch input to Pg CASTLE project development and represent the Branch view within Pg CASTLE. 
5. Advise Hd Pers Pol of developing issues with potential programme level impacts and develop mitigation along with collaborating partners. 
6. Contribute to the development of communications products and maintain internal Branch communication tools on Pg CASTLE projects.

Post is primarily focused on projects concerning terms of service and the Army Talent Management System.  Must be able to work effectively in a 4* HQ immediately.
