RTWO 158 Regt TLC

1.    Support the XO in the production and delivery of the regimental training directive direction and FOE, deputising as and when needed. 
2.    Assist in the planning and budgeting of training within prescribed constraints using CHURCHILL.
3.    The principal unit POC, author and resource manager/operator for all CHURCHILL, ODR, RAPs and Army Data Warehouse planning activities.
4.    Responsible to the XO for all Recces and Staff Clearance for overseas and UK training activities including the booking of training areas and facilities.
5.    Assure the delivery of ITR, trade and collective training requirements of all personnel, ensuring accurate recording in line with Army policy.
6.    Coordinate the delivery of all collective training and the maintenance of individual mandated qualifications across the Regt.
7.    Co-ordinate the FGen and FPrep of AR SP as dictated by Field Army.
8.    Understand and comply with CD CSS direction on Log specific and BCS training

Experience of CHURCHILL, ODR, PPS and ADW / AASAA / RLC Dvr Class 1
