Vacancy detail

1. Responsible for the efficient administrative and technical functioning of the Company in all regards from G1 to G9 .
2. Ensure the Company complies with Battalion and higher formations orders and directives and  ensures the employment of  best practice
3. Manage the Company specific estate and infrastructure and ensure the estate is fit for purpose in conjunction with SERFCA. Also to conduct the duties as the Hiring and Letting Officer in conjunction with SERFCA
4. Conduct the duties of the Company Account Holder for all Company Non-Public Funds
5. Conduct the duties of the Sub Unit Security Officer to include DII LSO & AD and Data Protection Officer
.6. To conduct the duties of the Sub Unit Health & Safety to include Fire and Environmental Protection Officer duties
7. To conduct the duties of the Sub Unit Welfare Officer to include the duties of the Sub Unit REmSO and Equal Opportunities and Diversity Officer
8. To conduct the duties of the Recruiting Officer and ensure manning levels are maintained .
9. To conduct the duties of Community Engagement Officer to include ACF & CCT.
10. Line manager RO to MoD Staff
Knowledge of the Army Res / Knowledge of working with, and management of, civilian staff.
Full Driving Licence
LEOC or DE Equivalent   
Fund Acount Manager.
SHEF Advisor.
 Fire Officer. 
DD&I(A) trained.
CNO/CVO qualified
FTRS Application through to boarding
This post is ideally suited for an LE Officer/WO1 or senior DE with Pers exp who has been employed within a G1 / G4 role in a regular unit. Previous experience or knowledge of the AR is highly desirable
