Task requirements

1. Assist the Quartermaster in all aspects of Transport Management, Control Regimental Transport and Vehicle stores.

2. Assist in all Battalion matters of HAZMAT and Road Safety.

3. To run the MT Platoon ensuring attendance at correct career courses and completion of annual MATT's.

4. To write annual SJAR for all members of the MT Platoon.

5. Responsible to QM for the REME Light Aid Detachment of the Regiment.

6. Be responsible for the running of all Military Transport for Battalion, Weekend, and Annual, Training Periods.

7. Accounts are not run unless directed by Commanding Officer for specific purpose.

8. Monitor the current vehicle fleet against Unit establishment and guide/advise on future fleet requirements to meet operational/training needs.
