Responsibilities:
1. Maintain own professional and personal effectiveness and Deployability
2. Deliver RN EN function on Unit Exercises and Deployments as per deployment SOPs
3. Ensure clinical proficiency is maintained through appropriate training and practice
4. Support, mentor subordinates and work one level up, as directed by OC ED.
5. Provide SME advice and support to training as directed
6. Deliver professional and military leadership of departmental staff
7. Complete all MS and provide CM advice for all subordinates as allocated by OC.

Must have passed ENB 100 or have 60 L6 Credits in Emergency Nursing.
Level 3 EN or equivalent National Competency Level.

Applicants in this category will be submitted to an AMS Transfer Board, delivered by HQ AMS Reserves on behalf of the AMS Workforce Policy team.
Any non AMS cap-badged SP who is a trained nurse in their civilian employment can request to transfer, following the same process as described above. Those SP will be required to attend a Soldier Selection Board at HQ AMS Reserves.
Non serving SP who are a qualified civilian nurse are also welcome to apply however, they must do so via a different route. They must first apply to join the Army Reserve. This can be completed on-line: https://apply.army.mod.uk/how-to-join. You can advise your career manager that you wish to be sponsored to 202 (Midlands) Field Hospital.
SP should ideally be located in the Midlands. Following the IR Structure review, Training and Admin Centres will be available in the following locations for personnel to train locally:
Stoke on Trent, Shrewsbury, Abingdon, Birmingham, Leicester and Nottingham
