Task requirements

Domestic Considerations: 44 RSDs per year(More available if required). Combination of modular courses delivered at weekends and consolidated courses, 7-9 days. Delivery of training in accordance with the requirements of the CMS (R)
Deliver instruction to recruits as and when required
Coordinate individual training (IT) across the range of military skills for the platoon
Monitor a platoon of recruits in their centralised training
Conduct recruit interviews at appropriate times during CMSR as directed by OC I Coy
Monitor and manage instructors and recruits on a day to day basis
Monitor and mentor PI instructors
Assist the Pl Comd with the completion of recruit report books at the end of the course
Maintain and monitor recruit learning journals and records

Essential competencies

DTc, CAT B Driving License

Desirable competencies

Experience in Trg Delivery, AASAA,SA(B)18
