Domestic Considerations: Entitled SLA available. 
Army/Regular Reserve post, some travel and overnight duty may be required.
Position Role:  Providing technical SME advice to UKStratCom CoC and unit DDHs as part of the Duty Holder Construct on transport management policy and civil legislation, driver training and license acquisition; environmental transport safety in support of routine, exercise and operations.
1. Act as the UKStratCom TLB lead White Fleet (WF) Officer providing assurance that internal controls are effective, that WF is being run economically and efficiently and that the UKStratCom elements of the risks to the MOD WF contract are As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP).
2. Support HQ UKStratCom as the author and SME for Transport related policy, assurance, analysis, and support to HLB/BLBs and those deployed overseas during peacetime, operations.
3. Represent UKStratCom TLB across Defence at TLB transport related Working Groups / meetings, including all WF, Briggs MHE and ALC Contractor/Authority meetings in support of the respective vehicle contracts and cascade of all minutes.
4. Provide analysis / recommendations against Road Traffic Accident trends in liaison with DSA DAIB / CESO, and to monitor formation Road Safety plans.
5. Enforce compliance with MT policy in respect of fleet utilisation and asset management. Monitor UKStratCom TLB Telematics activity and provide reports of Utilisation, Carbon Emissions and Driver
Previous HQ Master Driver  Experience.
DGSA (Road)
Previous CLARITY experience.
ISO9001 Lead Auditor.
CPC Transport Management
Joint service experience. 
FTRS Application through to boarding
