Domestic Considerations: 27 RSDs as per Regional Army Reserve Unit. Further available as Specific Tasks (ST). Midweek and weekend working required. Responsible for the intimate catering support to the Sqn and wider support to the Regt.
Post Role: RLC Chef.
1. Provide catering support to 154 Regt RLC.
2. Support QM, RQMS and RCWO in all aspects of catering logistic support and training activities.
3. Assist in the management and maintenance of the catering facility at 230 Tpt Sqn.
2. Attend 7 x Training weekends and Wednesday Drill Nights.

Senior Chef within the Sqn responsible for the management of the kitchen and professional development of subordinates.
