1. Deliver specialist advice against current governmental cross-cutting themes. 
2. Establish and exploit engagement networks across Defence, PAGs, allies and partners to deliver CIMIC outcomes. 
3. Liaise with commanders and planners to integrate CIMIC considerations and requirements into tactical and operational plans. 
4. Co-ordinate CIMIC projects. 
5. Monitor and evaluate outcomes through liaison with planners and analysts.  
6. Coordinate subordinate team member support to Sqn activities as delegated by Sqn OC.
7. Support G1 through to G9 activities, as directed by Sqn OC.
