Vacancy detail

1. Plan, direct, cohere, synchronise, deliver and report all Engagement activity within LONDON.
2. Support RG recruiting activity to improve inflow to the Army through the provision of a permissive recruiting environment.
3. Lead the LONDIST Engagement Fusion Centre, liaising with Tri Service and Engagement stakeholders to fuse and cohere Engagement activity.
4. Support HC and RC to deliver national beacon events in London.
5. Chair the LEEB, liaising with GL RFCA and DRM and support the delivery of Employer Engagement.
6. G5 Plans in JMC L to support UK and BRIDGE Operations.
7. Deliver other LONDIST tasks and duties as required.

  This is one of 3 SO1 appts in LONDIST. This role is the lead for all engagement activity in LONDIST. The person must be able to analyse the environment demographic, particularly BAME and Female, identify main target audiences and potential recruiting opportunities. They need to work closely with Capita. They are many high level stakeholders to manage and co-ordinate. This role requires a strong personality, an enthusiatic and credible spoke person who can represent the GOC. The person needs to be innovative, creative and energetic and lead a team of credible engagers who can build rapport and enduring relationships. Previous engagement experience preferred and a reasonable knowledge of LONDON and its composition.  

Salary Range £69-78K dependant on background of selected individual
