1. Provide support to Operations in the form of recruiting, welfare and operational stress management (OSM) of Battalion personnel.  2. Responsible for overseeing attract, nurture and processing and enlistment of candidates through the recruiting pipeline.3. Admin support to recruits.4. Responsible for Phase 1 training pipeline including loading and administration of recruits to training events. 5. Supervise and mentor ReMSOs.6. Unit Welfare Officer providing 24/7 cover for soldiers and families; also covering TRiM, OSM and support to UHC.7. Unit Suicide Vulnerability Risk Management Officer.8. Line Manage Bn Recruiting Clerk.

A sound knowledge of personnel administration, including JPA & G1 (welfare and employer support) and credible in their advice to the CO and chain of command

Candidate must be prepared to commute regularly into central London and work occasional evenings and weekends
