Task requirements

(1) Maintain Workforce levels within both Coy's.

(2) Liaise with outside units to establish links and assist with future recruitment.

(3) Source induct suitably qualified visiting instructors where and when directed from Coy.

(4) Plan and execute bi-annual RRMT open days.

(5) Plan and conduct grading boards in conjunction with the RCMO.
