1. Lead Staff Officer on all G7 planning issues including the production of all Operational Staff Work.
2. Lead Staff Officer on all G7 O&D issues - Draft 1 RMP Training Directive and plan/deliver/support G7 across 1 RMP iaw the BCS.
3. Coordinate and Execute all individual and collective training within 1 RMP.
4. Maintain and communicate Unit FOE.
5. Manage and Lead the Regt'l Training Wing.
The incumbent must be able to brief effectively on a wide range of Trg activities.

ARRG/VERR/ADC Project tasks are not WF authorised positions. They are a temporary liability created specifically for a task and of a short duration; up to 12 months @ up to 90 RSDs, and therefore boarding and selection for these jobs does not attract substantive promotion or granting of AHR or SUPA. A JPAN can be rank ranged to facilitate selection in a lower rank than advertised. However, the intent is to fill the positions in the advertised rank and in only exceptional circumstances will a lower rank be selected to run to board.
