Domestic Considerations -
Able to attend HQ Centre Engagement Office (Chetwynd Barracks Nottingham) on a daily basis in person.  The post involves some pre-planned evening and weekend work - current driving license is critical.

Position Role - Identity, develop and exploit relationships across all communities to increase support for, interest in and connection with the Army.

Responsibilities:
1. Build and nurture relationships in communities across the AOR IOT engage through interaction with the CoC defined Main Target Audience (MTA) 11-24 years.
2. Become the SME to support Engt Ops & Plans in delivery of engagement in eSports, sports and the community activities.
3. Lead on the understanding of Diverse communities in the AO; co-ordinate and deliver Inclusive focused activities in the communities across the AOR.
4. Directly support SO2 Engt Ops or SO2 plans as required.
5. Advertise, plan and coordinate the delivery of engagement events as directed by the Engagement CoC.
6. Support the delivery of the Engagement Practitioner Course training of FE (inc RET) identified to work in Engagement iot deliver focussed engagement activity to the MTA. 
7. Development of virtual capability to reach and connect with the MTA who wouldn't normally connect with the Army, targeting the community.
8. BPT conduct, deliver and support any other duties as directed by the Engt CoC.
Army E2.
ICSC(L) or equivalent experience.
Current driving licence (Cat B).
Enhanced DBS will be required.
Previous engagement expereince.
Broad field force experienced, knowledge of the Firm base and the RPoC Centre AOR.

This post requires ability to conduct effects-based planning, with a targeted approach, to deliver engagement effect across the RPOC AOR.   This post would be ideal to an innovative thinker who seeks a novel opportunity looking to Inspire young people and change the perception of a generation.
MS Referral (DBS) as the role requires diplomatic soft people skills, the ability to work effectively across cultures and with both children and adults.
