Unit Role: Develop, direct and assure Army diversity, inclusion and behaviours strategies, plans and supporting policies in order to sustain and enhance the operational effectiveness and reputation of the British Army.

In support of AH D&I, SO1c/SO2c D&I Proj Offr will drive forward the development of the D&I Dashboard iaw the Diversity and Inclusion Campaign Plan.

Responsibilities:
1. Cohere and align efforts towards developing the D&I Dashboard with the lines of effort in the Diversity and Inclusion Campaign Plan.
2. Identify and engage with key stakeholders and those responsible for workstrands in relation to the collection, analysis and presentation of D&I data across the organsation.
3. Provide SME guidance and support for the development of the D&I Dashboard, including highlighting best-practice from external organisations and identifying methods of benchmarking performance. 
4. Develop briefing products to support decision making within PPO Committee and ECAB.

Number of RSDs: 50 (can be broken down into 4-day working weeks if required)

Domestic Considerations: Ideally, the successful candidate will be able to travel to AHQ at least once every two weeks which supports the established Army Headquarters D&I Team Battle Rhythm. However, it is anticipated that the majority of work can be conducted virtually if necessary. Candidates should be able to attend (virtually) meetings during the working week as required, though these will be kept to a minimum. The role is lifed until Mar 22. 
Experience of big data / data analysis and representation would be very beneficial to this role.
Experience / previous exposure to working in a Staff Officer environment (Bde HQ and above) would be useful due to the liaison required across multiple staff Branches/Directorates and the wider Army.
