Position Role: Training Warrant Officer/G4 WO
Domestic Considerations.RSDs 44 p.a. Plus more available. Army Reserve post. Some travel and overnight duty required along with 2 weeks Annual Collective Training Jun/Jul/Aug. Weekly Training Evenings Tuesday in Oxford - Term time only
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with instruction, planning and control of coy trg within direction issued by the chain of command
2. Responsible, with the OC and PSIs, for the training of the Coy's OCdts
3. Responsible for CSS planning and consideration for SJM/AB Coy deployments and training weekends.
4. Assist with Community Engagement activity.
5. Assist the OC with G4 within the company as required.
6. Enable and support officer recruiting into the Regular Army and Reserve.
7. Develop the leadership ability of subordinates and champion the values and standards of the British Army.
8. Help lead and organise OCdt led AT and Sport as required.

AA Skill at Arms Instructor.
Previous Tp/Pl SNCO.
Range Qualification.
AA Drill Instructor.
Any MATTs Instructor qualifications.
Any AT qualifications.
Cat C/D1 Licence.
All Arms Storeman
Operational experience.
Experience of working in a Phase 1 training establishment.
