Vacancy detail
RSDs: Minimum 27 day Regional Commitment including weekend trg, ACT. Additional commitment required to complete Specified Tasks linked to Appt.
Post Role: 1. Lead on all aspects of manning and MS within the Sqn.
2. Responsible for the implementation of Sqn EC policy including routine EC, SHEF maintenance and inspections are carried out to the required standard.
3. Ensure all Sqn administrative SOIs and SOPs are kept in date.
4. Lead on aspects of all Sqn discipline including management of administrative and discipline action.
5. Deputise for Sqn OC with regards to any absence.
