Vacancy detail

Manage and support assigned PRD and provide support to the wider Field Army in the management and administration of PRD. Deliver the swiftest return to duty or supported transition to civilian life for PRD iot maximise deployability in direct support to the Army’s Main Effort.

Domestic Considerations:  Role requires regular silent hours duty officer responsibilities/call out liability. Regular travel across South and East of England resulting in nights out of bed. 

1. Lead and deliver the PRC Recovery Transition and CTW+ training programme.
2. Conduct Internal Validation of nominated Recovery Event courses including the production and distribution of Post Course Reports.
3. Co-ordinate and deliver the PRC Targeted Vocational Activity training programme.
4. Provide individual educational and training advice to PRD and PRU/PRC military staff as required.
5. Provide staff support functions (including Continuous Improvement) in support of all PRC military activity.
6. Provide advice to units regarding support to PRD in accordance with AGAI 99, including signposting and resolution of low-level welfare issues.
7. Undertake PRC Duty Officer and additional tasks as directed by the OC PRC.
8. Conduct outreach activities in support of both PRD and PRU Military/CS staff  
Experience of using Microsoft Office applications, Sharepoint and a familarity of MOD ways of working.
