Unit Role:

University of London Officers' Training Corps (ULOTC) is to develop the leadership potential of selected students and Army Reserve potential officers, and to promote the Army’s ethos and career opportunities in order to secure commitment to the Army, first as officers, but also as future leaders in their chosen profession who will champion the Army in society. 

Position Role:

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for ensuring reservist pay is processed in a timely manner and is accurate. Maintaining records of attendance and non attendance.
2. Coordination and delivery of the all G1 aspects in accordance with the CO's Directive inline with current regulations.
3. Maintain SMART, SOEASi and COSMIC in accordance with current regulations.
4. To assist with the discharge process of reservist OCdt in line with current regulations.
5. To deliver G1 support during the Annual Training Exercise (ATE).
6. To assist with the Annual Recruiting of potential officer cadets, ensuring JPA inputs are correct.
7. Any other duties as directed by the RAWO, RAO, Adjt.
