Domestic Considerations: FTRS(LC) Army/Regular Reserve post, some travel and overnight duty may be required.
Position Role: To oversee, plan & conduct Career Management under RACES structure, to include AA.                                                                     Responsibilities:
1.  Monitor of soldiers’ careers under RACES & AA structure, including FCR interviews and unit briefings, that will require visits to sub-unit locations and Annual Continuous Training (ACT) events.
2.  Compilation of Regimental seniority role/s & succession planning.
3.  Controlling Regular/Reserve/FTRS replacements and posts via the CoC.
4.  Regimental Retention & Resettlement Officer. 
5.  Monitoring Sldr/Regt qualifications to include competencies for promotion & trade.
6.  Monitoring Sldrs/Regt SJARs/OJARs, including OoM boards.
7.  Maintain communications across APC, Bde and Div level for all MS matters.  This includes conducting visits to these locations as required. To include - Act as advisor for the Comd Officer on MS policy & plans.  
8.  All other tasks as directed by the Comd Officer QOY.
Career manager.                                Prior experience of working with the AR and/or in the AR.                            Prior experience as a RCMO in the AR or Army middle management position within a Regular or Reserve Squadron or equivalent.
Resettlement Advisor.                                         MS experience. 
CNO/CVO.                                   Previous management responsibility for Civil Servants.
