RAMS Band Sergeant Major

Responsibilities: 
1. Line Manager for G1 matters.
2. Deputise for DOM as required.
3. MS Requirements (1RO) for some Band SP.
4. Work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure positive Morale and Wellbeing are nurtured.
5. Responsibility for Disciplinary procedures and issues.
6. Ensure all Military and Musical training is facilitated in compliance with current guidance.
7. Perform as a musician within band and ensembles.
8. Uphold Vaues and Standards and be an exemplar of Diversity and Inclusion to best effect Band output.

CEQ 1/BSM/WO ALDP

Band SSgt to WO2 experience 

L2 Numeracy and Literacy 

Must have a good understanding of AGAI 67 and G1 Issues

The post is open to SSgt (sel WO2) applicants however WO ALDP must be completed first to enable promotion into the PID.
