Domestic Considerations: FTRS(HC); office/workshop based (Mon-Fri) with weekend travel by exception; Occasional WFH may be authorised.
Role - Support the delivery of apprenticeships and associated projects as directed iot sustain RE specific personal and professional Learning & Development.
Responsibilities:
1.    Management of resources aligned to the RE apprenticeship programme.
2.    POC for facility management of End Point Assessment locations.
3.    Coordinate End Point Assessment activity.
4.    Support delivery of upskilling training packages, Corps wide.
5.    Unit liaison/POC for coordination of mentor training.
6.    Act as an end point assessor.
7.    Deliver apprenticeship briefings on inductions or, in the absence of the SO2/1.
8.    Lead on apprenticeship social media and collation of surveys.
9.    Contribute to the annual apprenticeship awards.
10.    Deputise as SO2 Apprenticeships during periods of absence.
Mil Artisan level 1 trade Qual as Carpenter and Joiner; or Bricklayer and Concretor; or Plant Operator Mechanic; or, hold a civilan equivalent qualification.
Recent and relevant KSE in one of the above trade groups, as practitioner or manager.
Educated to Recognised Qualification Framework (RQF) Lvele 5 - SNCO ADLP is acceptable.
Knowledge of RE Sldr Career structures and pathways.
Previous experience of managing and accounting for resources.

Working closely within a small team you will be responsible for assessing apprentices, practically and during interviews. You will liasie with units and civilian organisations to assist scheduling of attendance and manage the associated real estate and equipment.
Full training will be given. This role will suit a SNCO who is able to work independently and is passionate about developing soldiers.
