MAB12 Reserve Delivery Cell Clerk

Domestic Considerations: Post will not be entitled to service accommodation and home to duty travel under FTRS(HC) TACOS.  
Responsibilities: 
1.  Act as the POC for all J1 issues relating to the Reserves Selection pathway.
2.  Provide J1 support to OC and Delivery Cell.
3.  Provide additional J1 support to MAB12 RIW for reserve candidates attending Briefing Assessment Courses (BAC)
4.  Act as J1 support to MAB12 ReMSO’s for the loading candidates onto the BAC and Selection pathway.
5.  Act as the J1 POC in relation to all Reserve Selection real-life support requirements.
6.  Liaise with the J1 cells within the reserve units to assist with the management of candidates while on the Selection pathway.
7.  Be prepared to provide additional support to MAB12 RIW when required.

SPS Clerk, experience of working in a HR environment.
Army

Previous Group experience, worked in a training establishment.
