WO G2/G7 InVal

Position Role: Responsible for Internal Validation within the G2/G7 cell at HQ ITG.                                                                                                  1 Maintenance and Standardisation of InVal & RTS across the Group, Analyse the results with other detail (triangulate) and share for CI.
2. Support SO3 G2G7 in the production of analystical data to identify training and wastage trends.
3. Support SO2 G2G7 in the through-life management of In-Service digitised training platforms.
4. QIAP manager on behalf of COS (remind HQ desks to update their AOR as required etc.).
5. Support SO2 G2G7 for 2LODA, including TAFMIS and CI process.
6. Support SO3 G2G7 in the development and management of DLE material in support of both Reg and Res BT, including INVAL.
7. Deputise for the SO3 G2/G7 Trg Assurance during periods of absence.

 This FTRS post is ideally suited to a WO with a training background. IT experience is essential, particularly the use of Microsoft applications.   Communication skills when dealing with officers and senior ranks is vital as is an ability to work, much of the time, largely unsupervised and on own initiative.  The normal place of work is HQ ITG in Pirbright.  Accomodation cannot always be guaranteed
