Vacancy detail

Responsibilities:                                                                                                 1. As DLMC Army Lead User provide perspective to manage change and resolve sS issues to ensure alignment of stakeholder business requirements with the 8 DLMC Business Services.
2. As DLMC Army Lead User act as desk-lead for Business Change Network and User Network and represent their requirements as member of DLMC Change Board, Programme WG and Lead User WG.
3. Act as the professional head and TRA of the Army's Trg Dev Capability, ensuring it is appropriately structured, resourced and trained.
4. Proponent for Army training policy, integrating Army individual and collective training requirements into Defence Training policy.
5. Chair the Army Learning Technologies WG, raising issues to ATWG as required.
6. Provide authoritative Trg Dev advice at all levels (1* to 4*), ensuring coherence of Trg Dev contracts.
7. Deputise for AH L&D on all training related issues / meetings.
8. Promote inclusive culture within area of responsibility, working to increase understanding and engagement through education and initiative.
