Vacancy detail

Principle staff officer for all recruitment and engagement matters.
 SPOC for all Welfare matters.
1. Plan, manage, deliver and report on the Unit Recruiting Plan, identifying and exploiting regional recruiting stakeholders.
2. Administer the recruiting and selection process, conducting Outreach activity as required in collaboration with higher formation headquarters.
3. Unit POC for all engagement matters. Provides support to the CoC for co-ordinating activities and engagement with stakeholders.
4. Act as interface between employer and reservist, providing policy D&G on contracts, entitlements and mobilisation.
5. Manage welfare issues, including liaison with outside agencies in sp of soldiers and families. Leading on VRMIS/POSM as directed by CofC.
6. Conducts Regimental Staff Officer duties as directed by the chain of command.
7. Conduct associated welfare management training in order to support mobilised personnel.
8. Line manage unit recruiting staff, providing LM support to staff across the unit.
