Responsibilities:
1. Command Army Reserve Sqn.
2. Plan, deliver and maintain the required sub-unit standards of individual and collective training.
3. Maintain discipline within the Sqn.
4. Maintain co-ordination function for welfare and employer liaison of Sqn personnel.
5. Plan and manage careers of all Sqn personnel and ensure timely and accurate career reporting.
6. Implement Equipment Care Plan. Manage all Sqn equipment, ensure the security and accounting of all weapons and equipment.
7. Manage and provide oversight of all Sqn financial accounts.
8. Recruit and retain soldiers and support recruiting initiatives to sustain Sqn trained strength to establishment.
